HOSTAGE RESCUE/CQB TRAINING

HR CQB Course Format:
This is a no-contact training course. Students will not participate in any physical contact drills, including handcuffing, weapon retention/disarming, or other hands-on combative exercises.

The first portion of the course focuses on fundamental room-clearing techniques using paper targets (force-on-paper), allowing students to build sound CQB principles in a controlled environment. During the final two hours, students will transition into force-on-force CQB scenarios, serving as role players to provide realistic decision-making and problem-solving opportunities.

To maximize training time and value, the 8-hour class will include a 30-minute lunch break apart from the regular training schedule. Additional time can be added dependant on how the training day is going.  Hydration and snack breaks will be taken as needed throughout the day.

CQB Basic Fundamentals will cover standard CQB/room-clearing procedures and foundational tactics you can apply in day-to-day operations as a patrol officer or security professional. The course focuses on building practical understanding of common principles, communication, movement and decision-making. 

Pricing:
The course is priced per student and requires a minimum of 3 students, with a maximum class size of 8 students. Group pricing will be available on request if you're trying to bring individuals you work with; just reach out and I can try and work with you. It's more important to me to get the training out there and give you something you can take back to your department/shift or God forbid use in a real world scenario.

Required Equipment:

Pistol w/ SIMS, UTM, or man marking adapter kit equivalent

Carbine w/ SIMS, UTM, or man marking adapter kit equivalent

Duty gun belt
Clear eye protection
Long-sleeve shirt and full-length pants
Personal water/hydration and any desired snacks

Training Location:
Training will be conducted at a secure location in the Southwest Dallas area. Exact scheduling information, the training address, and any additional reporting instructions will be provided upon registration and payment.

TCOLE training hours will be available for this course.
